Calgary Fireworks will be hosted by the City of Calgary from the Municipal Building at dusk, about 10:30pm.
July 1st - Canada Day in the following communities:
- Banff
- Canmore
- High River
- Okotoks
- Black Diamond
- Strathmore
- Irricana
- Airdrie

Celebrations begin on June 19th with the Canada Day Bus bringing entertainment and Canada Day cake to over 6,000 seniors in 55 nursing homes, care centres and retirement communities. Volunteers entertain the seniors with a sing-a-long and musical entertainment. Canada hand flags and pins are distributed to seniors ensuring that everyone has an opportunity to celebrate our country's birthday!
